Afaaq Tyres – Refund & Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only applicable to postpaid customers.
- Goods can be returned only if Afaaq Tyres has granted prior approval.
- The goods must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
2. Return Process
- Customers must submit a return request within 3 days of purchase.
- Afaaq Tyres will inspect the returned goods to determine their condition.
- If approved, a refund will be processed after deducting 40% of the invoice value.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued after the deduction of 40% of the invoice amount.
- The refund will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Used, damaged, or altered tyres are not eligible for return.
- Special order or customized products cannot be returned.
5. Additional Terms
- Afaaq Tyres reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- Any disputes regarding returns will be resolved at the company’s discretion.
